This module is based on the Hyderabad very old tradition called Ganga Jamuni Tehzeeb. This Qutub shahi time neighborhood was known for its pluralistic nature which has many different faiths existing together. This heritage walk will cover three religious places and explore the 200 years old flower market.
Gudimalkapur neighborhood, one of the city's oldest localities from the time of Qutub Shahi dominion, is home to the largest whole-sale vegetable and flower market, which dates back to the Nizam dynasty.This original name was Malikapur (Malika=Queen), but presently became popular as Malkapur. There are few historical buildings here, and two major temples which are 200 years old , they are famously known as Jham Singh temple and Dadawadi.
